Life Balanced Works! Program Options – Organisations and Individuals Programs 2026

Thankyou for the wonderful feedback and suggestions from the planning for the November workshop, we are now including the option for Bespoke In-House events for organisations for tuning to existing risk management procedures and systems, the workplace teams approach and as a guided self paced program for individuals.

We also have some changes to our website designed to support you in your journey to have more opportunities for life being better balanced.

We are now taking bookings for the 2026 year if you would like to take advantage of early bird registrations. 20% discounts for bookings confirmed before end of Nov 2025, 10% before 15 Dec 2025.

We also now have a “Help Yourself” section, which we have some links to government funded resources to support you as well as some basic tools to take a time out and reflect on the things that matter most to you.

It covers general health and wellbeing for U25, 25-60, Over 60 and Over 80 starting with healthy sleeping/resting, how you manage the time each week and some others such as simple nutrition, diet and exercise information.

Where you would like to progress further, we have a program for individuals which includes the DISC Advanced assessment tool for better understanding of your communication styles and preferences, when sending and receiving messages. We build on the tools you can find in the Help Yourself section including some Inner Alignment, Self Development and Energetic Enhancement resources.
